I just opened a box of pods, and the first 4 have given me fits! Has anyone else had any problems with the tape coming loose from the pod itself, not you? I’ve had 2 from this one box do that to me! When I called Insulet, the woman told me to check their website for adhesion issues and how to solve them. I told the woman the problem wasn’t with adhering to me, it was the POD adhering to the tape! Very rudely, she told me that they do not replace those pods, so now it’s pretty much hanging on by half of the adhesive holding on at the bottom, and the top, where the cannula comes out. Any help would be appreciated.
