2 handfuls of greens, kale, spinach, etc.
2 cups filtered water
1 cup ice
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 small raw beet (peeled and trimmed)
1-2 tablespoons goji berries
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Optional: 1 teaspoon spirulina
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
- Divide into two servings and drink immediately. Or pour into large to-go jar and take it with you for the day. Enjoy!
