Putting Government Funding into CGM and Insulin Pumps in Australia!

Hi Guys,

Although I do not have a child with tyoe 1, I have had it since I was 7years old. I am Cara Height and I have been a type 1 Diabetic for 13years. In Australia very few health insurers will cover the costs of insulin pumps and the government has no part of it. These pumps range from $4000-$9500, and the CGMs, which many people need (especially during the honeymoon phase, or puberty) are not covered by insurers or NDSS, and cost between $300-$750 a fornight. So I ask you to please sign this petition to help more families be able to afford the best care for their children, and let your family and friends no about it to. Every signature counts guys!

Thanks for your support,
Cara Height.
