Question about water

Does drinking water help your bloodsugar to go down? I don't think it does but a non-diabetic is sure of it... help please

Short answer is Yes.

This goes hand and hand with your other post about going to the bathroom a lot when you're high. The more water you drink the more you go to the bathroom and get rid of the high bg's. Make sense?

yeah your right sportster.. thanks :) didn't think about it in that way

When your blood sugar gets to about 180 mg/dl, you start to excrete blood sugar through your urine. You can speed the process up by drinking water. This works, to a point. If you have ongoing high blood sugars, doing this too much can lead to your loss of electrolytes.
