Raw almonds have changed my blood sugar. can you tell me ?
Where are you getting “Raw Almonds” at? I know that the protein level will help me by covering some of the carbs I eat.It’s a tight balancing act for me. I understand that the enzymes in the raw almonds have been killed since Sept 2007.
