Thank You for grate subject and delicious meals 
I also believe that this kind of restaurant let us, diabetics, to run a normal lifestyle, I mean, that we can go to the restaurant, order some meal and don’t worry about our disease (not at all ;p)
In Poland there’s also great restaurants for vegetarian and diabetic altogether and the same kind of shops and bars. They’re called "The Green Way"
And I’m glad that these restaurants join all the people, these one who loves tasted food
