I was reading some scientific articles and came across this one.
It’s something that has been promised for many years. Maybe it’s finally here. Still in animal stages now. There are also some not so good outcomes. Still it’s an interesting article
It’s a scientific article but I think it’s a fairly easy read without not too much jargon.
Timothy, I have also been reading abut it. I hate to get to optimistic, but… well… I hate to get too optimistic.
That’s an interesting concept but animal studies exceed my bandwidth. Wake me up when the human trials start!
This sounds very promising. I don’t think I’ll be around to see it commercialized, but hopefully things like this and beta-cell reimplantation will give relief to many or most of T1s that follow!
