@Laura_S would you mind giving details of the coaching? Is it just a matter of helpful tips or something more in-depth? I’m wondering if it might be helpful for my 19 yr old daughter.

It’s via the phone app. I had Gary Scheiner (Integrated Diabetes services, Think Like a Pancreas author.) He’s very helpful. You just text and message back and forth and because you are sending readings from the meter to the phone app, he sees all your numbers and settings. I just have a CDE who pretty much does the same thing, and I am using an old smart phone, so my little phone cant take too many apps. I liked the service, and the customer service and coaching was awesome.
