Salmon a l'Orange

Just a quick post, since it’s an ungodly hour and I can’t sleep. Steff and I cooked a good dinner tonight. We wrapped a salmon fillet in foil with orange slices, carrots, strips of red pepper, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Steff also steamed some fresh broccoli that she bought at the Sanford farmer’s market on Saturday. You should all be jealous. It was very tasty.
