NOT COPING TODAY!!! I know you all know how I feel so I thought maybe if I just write it down I will feel better. Having one of those days when you’re doing all the right things and your BSL’s are all over the place!! High one minute and you feel like your heads going to explode, then really low - hypo Agggghhhhhhhhhhh.
Want to cry and yell all at the same time. Over it today, thanks for letting me vent…not that you had any choice!
