Snacks

Thanks! Can’t wait to try it. What do I need to do to compensate for the non-stick-together issue?

We love to have peanut butter cookies for a snack. I use the easiest ever recipe, and you don’t even have to feel guilty for eating them!

Peanut Butter Cookies:

1 cup of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of Splenda
1 egg

Mix together and form into balls, place on cookie sheet. Use a fork to make the usual peanut butter cookie marks. Bake at 350 until they start to turn brown around the edges. Let cool on cooling rack if you can let them sit for that long! These are crumbly and will break easily, but they taste great, and it is a good substitute for a regular cookie.

I also love Carb Master yogurt. I eat the vanilla flavor, and they only have 3 net carbs per 6 ounce container.

Celery and peanut butter is good too, or ranch dressing/dip.

Sugar free pudding or jello, easy to make and a good sweet treat.
