Nuts, if you’re not allergic. Nuts mixed with either hot spicy or sweet spices & a little melted butter & rosted in a low oven are yummy. You can make nut clusters by mixing nuts with melted unsweetened baker’s chocolate, unsweetened grated coconut, melted butter & sweetener. Refigerate or freeze. I snack on unsweetened coconut. Low carb & lots of fiber.
Cucumber boats. Peel & cut a cuke in half lengthwise. Fill with whipped cream cheese mixed with dried herbs & chopped scallions.
I like raw veggies–cukes, radishes, strips of red or yellow pepper. Dill pickes are another thing I snack on.
Marinated raw veggies for a change of taste. This has to be done ahead of time, but it’s easy. You can buy marinated vegetables in jars, but check the ingredients.
Peanut butter on practically anything.
There’s always the low carb stand-by of microwaving sliced cheese to turn it into chips. Cheap processed cheese (like American) or grated parmesan works best.
People make low carb snacks from pork rinds, either plain or by adding cinammon & sweetener & baking/microwaving, but I can’t bring myself to eat fried pork skin.
Thin slices of deli turkey or roast beef rolled up with cheese & a whole scallion, strips of cucumber & grated horseradish.
Wraps with different fillings using nori sheets as the wrapper.
Im nuts with nuts!

Pork rinds (we don’t eat these but you can). Meatballs and spagetti sauce with melted mozzeralla on a hot dog bun (21 grams). Better yet, put open sandwich like on low carb toast. When out for lunch two slices of pizza with everything on it (sausage, pepper, onions, mushrooms etc) but just eat the toppings and not the crust. It is tasty if there are enough meat/veggies on it. Lots of low carb cheesecakes you can bake that are 12 to 15 grams a slice. Baking opens up a lot more possibilities, especially the refrigerated deserts made with cool whip and sugar free puddings, etc. I did not mention free snacks as I figure you know of these. hungrygirl.com has lots of snacks you may be able to eat (a lot are higher carb, but she has a lot of possibilities), as well as the low carb websites.
