Some trouble news,some medal news

You know, I feel that there will always be problems, big and small....

Wow, went through some trouble in particular sleeping... Last night , bad again, well, what can I tell you. Here is some good news.

Hi Mr. Vandermeer,from Sara

Yes, I received your packet this morning. Thank you for being so organized! My colleague Stephanie Hastings handles all of the medal applications, so she should be sending out your medal and certificate in the next week or so. Please let me know when you receive it! If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to email.

Congratulations on your fifty years of diabetes. It is truly an accomplishment and a testament to your hard work in managing your type 1. We will keep your file on record so that we can send out your 75 year medal when you reach that milestone .(HAHA me John.)

Best,

Sara

JB, Im am so pleased that you medal is on it’s way now. Thanks for telling us.

I am also having problems with sleep this year. I average about 5 hours per night and have to take naps during the day.

Mr JB I call you from now on in !!..CONGRATS …flags out !!!

Fantastic news! Congratulations on making it 50 years! I hope to follow in your footsteps, which will only be 32 years from March. Not too long, huh? You’re an inspiration for all of us.

Though, let’s hope there is a cure long before I reach my 50th or, better yet, before you reach your 75th

Good to hear your news JB. Nice that you got everything needed and sent out. I’m so Happy that you made it to the 50th goal line and will have your medal shortly. That’s definitely something to be Proud of.

Gee, they sure are pushy…getting ready to send out your 75th year medal before you’ve received your 50th… LOL! That’s only 25 years aways you know.

We’re Proud of you Mr Johnben. Enjoy your medal. I hope we get to see a photo.

We thank you so much! Particularly Richard who did put me on to this!.

JB.
