Hey Great to see ya here but I’ve one thing to say “KIDNEYS”
Creatine is just difficult to process by the kidneys also this just opens the vessels ,you must drink enough water if you do take it and it has to be backed up with food ,carbs and protein. So small amounts will be OK for kidneys but thats not enough to do anything.Min suppliment use should be 10 grams (approx.tea spoon)
Also Protein is hard on the kidneys.
Now pointing and saying NO doesn’t do anything !!! What I can recommend is Glutamine and glutamine precursors. Glutamine plays an important role in the digestive and immune system, and acts as a conductor of nitrogen to the muscles.
This I’ve read is used in hospitals burn units to save any muscle from atrophy and will keep weightlifters form getting in a Catabolic state.Working out hard and not enough nourishment, the body will break down muscle to covert to glucose to use as fuel.
I hope I haven’t mixed up my words
Back soon
