I’ve just switched over to Tandem Source from T-Connect and I don’t see a way to adjust the ranges for TIR. T-Connect used alarm levels but the new site uses 70-180 which the range I’m interested in 
I need to learn more about the switch. I logged on to the Tandem T-Connect website, but haven’t really learned anything. When I upload (once a month) I print out one report using the standard (but unacceptable to me) range of 60-180. Then I change it to my preferred range 60-140.
I just called Tandem support and at this time it is not possible to adjust the report range for TIR. This issue had been scheduled to fix on September 19th so maybe they’ll get it done soon. If you use the mobile app, the tech rep said you should be able to adjust the range on the reports.
Thanks. I don’t use the mobile app - don’t like having to carry another device 24/7. I have a work smart phone and in my past jobs I was on-call just about 24/7. SO I see my phones as short leashes attached to choke collars. But that’s just me. I can see what I need to by looking at my pump. And admittedly, I resent the “assumption” by devices and Endo’s that they decide what good T1D mgt is. It appears to me that they assume we are less capable - of just about everything. But again, that’s just me.
