Hey everyone. I am trying to change settings on my t connect ap. I really like the data and how it’s laid out.
I want to change the in range settings to be tighter. Right now it’s 70 to180. But I want it 60 to 150.
It allows me to change it, it says saved, but they it reverts back.
I just changed the settings on my Tandem app with no problems (70-159 with the high threshold set at 160) and the changes are showing on my dashboard. So I assume that the changes won’t revert back.
But then I tried to set it to 70-149 with a high threshold of 150. It wouldn’t save. So I wonder if there is a minimum high setting allowed. I don’t seem to be able to find any mention of that in the Support section. My online t:connect account allows lower ranges so I wonder if it is a glitch in the online app.
I suppose you should call Tandem to get an answer.
I only use the app. We run Linux on our computers, so it’s too difficult to use any desktop applications.
But that’s what I’m talking out. No matter how many times I adjusted the settings in the app, it just reverted back to the Tandem defaults. Until that day I had to log in to the app again, and then suddenly they were there.
Ok so I got the answer from tandem.
If there is a result out of bounds in the past 24 hours, it will not make the change active until that point is off the 24 hour list.
Meaning if I had a 65 at 8 pm. I can’t change my limit until 8 pm the next day.
My changes are now updated a day later.
Now it makes sense. Because you can’t establish a range for data that was already processed.
