Type 1 and Hot Yoga

Anybody out there practice hot yoga – either Bikram or vinyasa flow?
I’m curious about effects on blood sugar and strategies for managing. I have been doing hot vinyasa flow for nearly two years and cannot figure it out – sometimes high, sometimes low, sometimes low throughout class and high after. And of course, sometimes just fine. I do reduce the basals on my pump starting a half hour before class but I just can’t make sense of it.
