I would really love to start bikram yoga(hot yoga) for relaxation and weight loss but it screams hypo at me.Has anyone tried it?How do you prevent a hypo?I’m following a lowcarb diet at the moment so I would rather not have to eat carbs but if I do Ill do it!xx

Hi Beibhinn: I have avidly practiced yoga for 17 years. I don’t do Bikram, but I have done some very vigorous yoga! I just turn my pump down 1.5 hours before yoga class. For a moderate class I turn it down 50%, for a vigorous class I turn it down 70-80%. Hope this helps.
