After reading about Dr. Bernstein, I’m interested. I’m curious what your typical day of eating looks like? Also, I’m currently taking symlin. Does anyone else take symlin with this meal plan? What’s 6-12-12? Is that the carb count for each meal? Since the book says 30 carbs total and 4 to 5 meals would the “snacks” be no-carb snacks I’m assuming? Thanks for your help everyone!
