Firefox or Chrome are not needed. I.E. 9 works just fine. Why do people think these are needed when they are usually not?

We did not win the grant, but we DID finish in 3rd place, which among 62 applicants is VERY impressive! Many thanks for your votes and for helping get the word out. We'll have many opportunities to try for things like this again, so keep your eyes peeled!
