I have one recipe which my sister constantly uses. A linen seed is pounded in a flour. 2 table spoons of a flour are filled in 0.5 litres of boiled water and boil these 5-10 minutes on a slow fire. You should drink it every day. This recipe is proved to work: sugar precisely decreases. do you have such recipes?
I don’t have a recipe but I’ve been taking an all-natural supplement for diabetics called Insul Opt. It controls the crazy spikes and also helps with wound healing.
Drinking flour mixed with hot water? Is this for real or some sort of hoax?
Is this sold everywhere?
I am taking fish oil and cinnamon I heard that they help with glucose metabolic breakdown
I take cinnamon tablets every morning to keep the blood glucose levels down and is a really good boost to the energy levels, if I miss a day or so, the brick wall you hit comes up real fast.
Linen seed, or linseed, is the same as flaxseed. If you grind up the same amount of flax seed (10-13 g) and place it in pretty much any food you consume, you will be consuming approximately 1000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. These are said to improve blood lipid profiles and (perhaps to a lesser degree) blood glucose profiles.
Dear people. You can use a coffee bean grinder to mush your flax seed. Dont know about any effect on blood sugar but the Omega 3 cant be bad.

How much does she drink? Does she sweeten it? Do you want food recipes or remedies?
For lunch I made inside-out sandwiches. I took a slice of bread and sliced it thinner (broad blade knife work best) Took 4 leaves from a cabbage, smeared it with little mayo… the I took half of my new thinly sliced bread and cut it in to 4 finger like pieces. I rolled each piece in a roasted turkey slice, I then put each of the turkey wraps in the mayo’d cabbage leaves and topped with alfalfa sprouts and a generous dash of tabasco sauce.
I really miss good bread and sandwiches. But when I eat a traditional sandwich, except for some reason a “big and tasty”, with small fries and diet at mcdonalds… … zoom goes the glucose! Anyway, my inside-out sandwiches lunch really good and filling. I’ll be doing that again! ;o)
