I’d like to know who is being successful with weight loss. I’m reading about all the failures and it’s depressing. I need to get my weight down for cholesterol and diabetes.
Thanks Renee - That does sound simple. I just have to find some high cardio activity that I’ll stick with. I thought about joining a gym, but haven’t pulled the trigger on that yet.
1 month later. No progress on weight loss. I watch the carbs very closely and have it down to 50g per meal.
