What kind of exercise?

Smalls the best kind of exercise is one that you will enjoy doing. Of course, start out slow. Walking or an exercise bike is good. You don’t have to balance on those. Also, you can just get in the shallow end of a pool and move around, even if you can’t swim. Wear a life jacket if you need to. I hurt my knee a few months ago and swimming was the only thing I could do. It helped heal my knee and build strength.
