World Diabetes Day. As an American, I celebrated it this year in Taiwan. I did reflect quite a bit today. I wrote about some of it in my earlier post here and even earlier a bit here. I posted some pictures of Taipei 101 all lit up in blue here and on flickr. Though I wish there was no need for such a day, it was nice to have some recognition. I just woke up with a bg of 85 so that felt good!)
