I have had diabetes since I was 11 years old. I have been through a lot with this disease but Im still kickin.
Sometimes I wonder what it would feel to have not to worry about this disease. Just one day to eat without worry, feel good with no pain. But, that's not my life and so I have to move on and love life to the fullest.

Sometimes I think about what my life expectancy would be without modern medicine. I think I would have died around 9 - at least that is the one and only time a doctor came to my house, and I think, the first time I was given a prescription drug. I don't want to blow sunshine and good vibes into everything, BUT we are all on bought/borrowed time, and, so, I am happy you are loving live to the fullest. "Do not go gently into that good night"
