Well, I went for a bike ride for an hour and a half, pretty much tested every 1/2 hour since my BG had been out of whack all day so I figured I'd log them separately, since there's no "hour and a half" category! Today it may end up being "Skyfall" and martinis for lunch so 3 or 4 is probably not gonna happen!

Seem to have a struggle , maybe the cooler air is doing me in , but from 10.7 ( x 18 ) to 7.1( x 18 ) in under 20 minutes , easy walk ( snow on ground ) tells me : move it girl :) and am glad I did !

I wasn't feeling like exercising tonight and was trying to talk myself out of it but these numbers are game changers. It's time to get on the exercise machine. Got to get my part done.
