If you had told me when I was 15 you will see your 66th birthday I guess I would not have believed you, for at 15 leaving school ill prepared for the life ahead of me confused unable to read or write correctly my future seemed bleak to say the least, I had never been the scholarly type or athletic type and my school years were not as good as they might have been, my sons began teaching there children while they were still in the cradle not for me mom and dad were not that type, they were happy to sit smoke and drink and education rarely entered there daily World, I am not blaming mom or dad that was just the way it was in the late 40s early 50s but I had always been a good problem solver most Gemini's are more than one task being done at the same time over active brain even could I say day dreamer guess day dreamer really sums me up but what is wrong with that, my point is the more parents get involved in childs education the better it is, you might not agree if so let me know, I tried to make up in later life but the brightest of kids I was not all my secondary school life I lingered in a D class mom called it a dunces class really help my confidence, it was not until I reached 18 met my Angel to be married settled down had children of our own that my World really opened up, Job after job I learnt more even studied got a diploma in supervisory management and other qualifications that all that I had missed at school dawned on me, you may or may not like the education system but filling a childs mind with learning is the best thing on Earth in my opinion.
As you can tell I really never mastered spelling and the use of our language but ask around a lot of my generation got failed at school and at home.
So now matter how embarrassed I feel about putting pen to paper or hitting keys my heart and soul go into every word even if I do not know what some of them mean just to leave you on a positive not smudge brieni and jimbob are all in the same room as me sleeping like newly born kittens love to you all twiddle
