Android apps reviews

I have been using On Track since I got my HTC Incredible about a year and a half ago. It is easy to enter information and the reports (which can be Shared) and pretty informative. I also track my blood pressure weight, exercise, food, A1c as well. It is very customizable. It also allows backup, and reminders (I haven’t been very successful with those, but need to look into it further).

I was looking for a good Carb counter today and can’t seem to find one that has good reviews. I would like one that shows carb breakdown including fiber. I looked at the usda database but it is huge. It can be web-based, but one that I can do a quick search. I was just wondering if any of you have had success with any apps.

Thanks.

Not sure if you are still looking for a good carb counter program or not. If so, take a look at myfitnesspal.com which has a decent interface for Android phones (and the iPad). I've been pleased at the ease of input and quality/quantity of the data there. What is particularly nice is that you can be off-line and still use the database with a quick synch once you are back online. I use wi-fi at home on my iPad but cell at work (no wifi as a secure facility) but they've synched seamlessly. I've used the web access on a few rare occasions.

Here's a brief review I did of it on my blog. Good program for free!
