Another delicious one!

this is a sauce for rice or pasta.
first make my rissole mix and make into small meatballs.
fry the meatballs until browned. i do them in batches in a wok.
set the meeatballs aside in an ovenproof dish
chop skinned red bell peppers( you can get them bottled)
fry the peppers in the same wok add a glass of red wine and a can of chopped tomatoes
taste and season with salt and black pepper.
cook until the wok is "washed clean"
pour sauce over meatballs and put dish into a slow oven
cokk as long as you want, but at least 1/2 an hour.
serve with rice or pasta.

sounds pretty good but rice and pasta really messes with my glucose. have you tried the sauce over any thing else?
