Ok so I have been into this app for quite a longtime and have been logging my daily food intake and amount of exercise performed. . Its really a good app as it keeps encouraging you to keep ur goal and warn u if u consume more calories. . And it charts your daily/monthly weight and gives you a graphical representation of your calories and weights. More so it has an option of adding your friends and dear one’s and Everyone in there can discuss, compare and encourage each other.
