Over the last 2 weeks it seems to becoming more and more difficult to reach Animas, is anyone else having issues with customer services and getting supplies?
Yes, back in the Fall. Which i why I went with Minimed when my warranty was up.
Try to ask for a supervisor, it usually helps.
I have had no problems with Animas customer service. They have been most helpful, prompt and cooperative.
Thanks Laura. It has been a trying few weeks. They have been having system issues for the past 10 days as well and my supply order has been on hold.
We did a big thread on this here and on some other sites too.
Make sure your supply order is written for enough to give you some spares on hand. Makes sure the doctor has given you sufficient supplies for your needs. If you dont want extras, great but if you do you need to have it written into your prescription.
I had a miserable time with lost orders, messed up orders and incorrect orders. Took over a month to get mine and then it was wrong.
They did remedy things (sort of) by sending out some extra supplies to make up for the ones they cut.
It's a long complicated story, but it made the rounds in places besides this site.
Oh, and one thing some people chose to do was just move the order to a different supply house. That worked for many.
