I’ve heard the many benefits of apple cider vinegar, but this article describes that it can have a positive effect on the blood sugars of Diabetics by slightly lowering blood sugar. Your thoughts?

There are studies that prove this, actually… though it only seems to work on Type 2s, and it’s all vinegars… Not just apple cider vinegar. http://content.karger.com/ProdukteDB/produkte.asp?Aktion=ShowAbstra… It only works on complex carbs, though, not simple carbs… I’ve used it on some oven baked french fries, and yeah, it has lowered my numbers dramatically… 116 mg/dL after having those fries.
