Are there any Canadians using the Dexcom Seven Plus?

I am just curious if there are any people in Canada using the Dexcom Seven Plus. I want to start using this device as I cannot stand the MM one. Interesting enough, my extended medical will cover the device, but, you need a US Doctors prescription in order to purchase it. If there are any Canadian foilks using this, how did you get a Doctors Prescription from the US?
