I’m trying to read all I can about type 2 but I keep getting conflicting information. Eat carbs, don’t eat carbs, don’t eat fruit, eat fruit…It’s all very confusing!

My numbers have showed improvement, but not the kind of improvement I was hoping for. I’ve got to go to the dr. on Friday for a follow-up so hopefully we can work something out then.

And I don’t understand. My dad is a type 2 and he can eat anything he wants and still have great numbers and A1Cs under 6.5. I just don’t get it!

you need to use your body as a chemistry set. Eat something, test and record. There is no unsolvable puzzle. With patience and persistence, you will find the answers.
