I'm interested in other peoples experiences with type 1 and how your blood sugars effect weight gain/loss. I started letting go of my control a couple of years ago, just not paying close enough attention plus tons of stress. And I gained 30 pounds! I've tried for the past year to loose weight and get my blood sugars under control and finally this past month and a half I've lost 5 pounds!!! Still have a way to go for both my blood sugars and my weight, but I wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this correlation as well.
