Do you think this is possible? I love broccoli. I used to eat it every day, but the last few years I have been a slacker.....well, I try to rotate my veggies.
What do you think?

Where did you read this?
I eat a lot of broccoli & others in the cabbage family, so here’s hoping. I’m somewhat skeptical whenever there’s a new study showing that cinammon, nuts or whatever food helps.
I don’t put much faith in it, mostly because I’m a big broccoli eater and have been since a child, love it I’ll eat it daily given a chance.
You say half full, I say half empty.
Brocolli is consider goitrogenic, don’t eat too much and don’t eat it raw, particularly if you have an underactive thyroid.
Never feed it to your dog, the rumor is that broccolli is toxic to dogs.
I also used to eat lots of broccoli, but decided to cut back. I still eat it several times a week, but every day, a couple of servings, like I used to was probably overdoing it. I am sure this the reason my ears are too big.
I was told at the pet store by a very serious cashier that peas were proven to cause level BG, and that my daughter should eat a lot of peas. (Maybe she meant level at 200.) If there was such an easy solution, we’d all be stuffing down the broccoli.
Broccoli isn’t toxic to dogs. Mine eat broccoli & other vegetables frequently. Unless veggies are grated or cooked, dogs can’t digest them well.
Grapes/raisins can be fatal to dogs who are sensitive to them & can cause kidney failure.
Xylitol can kill a dog.
I’m not a brocolli fan. I only eat it if there’s no other vegetable around, unless the other vegetable is brussel sprouts.
I think this is propoganda perpetuated by the Brocolli Growers Association to increase sales.
Cucumbers, on the other hand, are good for everything and everybody. Cucumbers are like the duct tape of the vegetable world. But they taste better.

I dont’ know about this. But broccoli is on the anti-cancer list. But you should not cook it in a microwave, apparently that destroys the cancer fighting nutrients in it. Use a steamer or steam on stove, steam lightly, so it still has some crunch. The dark green veggies are always the best for us (except green beans - they reallly dont have anything special in them apparently - which is good cause I hate em! - why do mothers force their kids to eat them than?)
Raw broccoli - there is no point. I can’t do it. I feel like very time I burp for the next week that I can taste the broccoli burp.
