Bydurion update

Blood sugars have stablized with the Bydurion. It has taken about two monthes. Appetite is now more controled than during the first few weeks and b sugars are more consistently 95-120 for the mornings compared to 125-143 of the beginning.

That bydurion needle is big. I have lingering lumps in both thighs and stomach. They eventually go away. A1c is higher than I like at 6.6.

I'm glad that it helps. What was your blood sugar before and did you lose weight? And I think you are right, the bydureon needle is much thicker. I think I read that it is 23 gauge as opposed to 29-32 gauge typically found in insulin pens and Byetta/Victoza. You may find that injection technique helps using a quick motion (like throwing a dart) to get the needle in and then injecting the Bydureon slowly.
