Anyone have a recipe that works?
I tried one off a blog and it turned out as a pile of crumbs. Maybe because I’d ground my own chickpea flour, but also because obviously the recipe had way too little moisture. I will try buying some flour to use next time.
I have had that happen too. I have discovered xanthum gum which helps sometimes.
Thanks! I have some xantham gum here, so I’ll find a recipe that includes that and see if I’m more successful!
