I wear Dex 24/7/365. I downloaded to Clarity and, for A1c, it states: We did not find enough data to calculate an estimated A1c. In order to provide an accurate estimate for your A1c, Dexcom Clarity needs 12 days of sensor use with 50% or higher wear time.
I am totally befuddled. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
Currently, I don’t like Clarity! The last time I downloaded, I was at 5.2 which was accurate.
What time period length did you look at? I discovered today that 11 days + less than 1/2 day (that’s the 50% you talked about) does not meet the 12-day minimum requirement either. Just make sure you meet that 12-day rule. I also wear Dexcom 24/7 and upload to Clarity almost every day.
Thank you for answering! I started with 90 (typical A1c), then 30, then 14 and 7 out of desperation. All the graphs for all the weeks between set points were identical, too, I noticed. I’ve been consistent, but not THAT consistent.
Thinking to download again tonight. These Dex spats are so concerning.
I’ve had Clarity, when requested to produce a report for the last 14 days, actually display a report from a month or two ago. When that happens, I close the Clarity program, load a fresh copy of Clarity, and then upload my receiver.
Does your time and date in your Dex receiver match your computer time and date? That could be a source of this problem. Go to the Main Menu > Settings > Time/Date to check and/or change.
