Hey there. I just wanted to give you a BIG kudos to managing your diabetes a whole other year.

Yep. Doesn't matter when exactly you were diagnosed, just think about this: you have made it another ENTIRE YEAR checking your levels, calculating your insulin, seeing necessary medical professionals, and checking up on other diabetics here on tudiabetes!

Be encouraged. Look at how much you've accomplished this past year...all while managing something that 99% of the population doesn't need to give a second thought about. Heya! You're doing great.

Same to you, Valerie, and I want to particularly give kudos to people who do all that at the same time as working full time and being a part of families. It's a full time job all in itself!
