Is anyone else having trouble with their Dexcom Share 2 app? I should start by asking first does anyone else use this app as I know Dexcom is pushing everyone to G6 and Share only works with G4.
My trouble started when I so very foolishly deleted the app then reinstalled. When I try to open the app I get quickly redirected to login screen, tutorial screen, terms & condition screen then it shuts down. Called Dexcom 2 weeks ago and was told this should be fixed within a week- not true. My fear is they won’t invest any $ into fixing because they don’t want to support G4 any longer.
Love to get a sense of how widely this app is used.
