Dexcom app not showing on Android lock screen

Hi all,
So I went to bed last night and my bg was showing on my phone lock screen as usual with the Dexcom G7 app. Then this morning, all it says is “Dexcom app is running.”

I tried restarting and I updated my phone. It’s a Samsung S21FE. Any suggestions on how I can get my bgs to show on my lock screen again. It’s annyoing having to enter my passcode every time I want to check my blood sugar. I do it so often.

Might check your “Notifications Settings” on your phone and make sure Dexcom didn’t accidentally get turned off.

All I can think of, other than restarting you phone and then reopening the dexcom app.

I ended up deleting and redownloading the app, and that worked. Thanks for the notifications and restart suggestions. I’m not sure why this happened. It was very weird.
