I am going through h*ll again this quarter trying to get my supplies from Solara. Every 2 or 3 days when I call there is another excuse why the order has been held up. Called the endo’s office and they suggested that I switch to CCS or Byram. When I got on Medicare I was initially with CCS and they seemed good. Then when the next calendar year came, they refused to provide sufficient infusion sets for an every two-day change which I require. Solara approved me for that and thus I have stayed with them despite the many problems. But I have finally reached my limit. I would switch to US Med but as someone else mentioned, they don’t provide Tandem supplies for Medicare. No way I want to have two suppliers.
