Having worked with this team for over 4 years, I can tell you with nothing but glee in my heart that this is a wonderful organization to work for. We’re a very small group, all incredibly dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by diabetes. Since you’re our community, you’re the perfect folks to invite to join us!

Diabetes Hands Foundation (DHF) has great plans for its future, and we are looking to expand our team. With several exciting programs and projects brewing, we need more people power to achieve our goals for 2016 while exceeding the expectations of those we serve. We’re looking for people who are inspired by our mission to connect people touched by diabetes, and, are excited to do so as part of a small and dedicated team, using our online tools, platforms, and a great deal of creativity!

DHF is a 501(c)(3) public charity formed in 2008 and driven by the belief that no one touched by diabetes should ever feel alone because together we become stronger and have the power to generate positive change in ourselves and our community. Check us out at: http://diabeteshandsfoundation.org

As a leader in the diabetes online community we have an authentic foundation to build an even more valued portfolio of programs and services for the communities we serve. Our team currently consists of full and part-time staff, contractors, interns and volunteers. We are seeking to compliment and support them with individuals who have the following skills:

• Research and analysis
• Community engagement
• Corporate relationships and sponsorships
• Policy review and advocacy
• Video editing
• Volunteer Management
• Web design and content creation/management
