Help With Reactive Hypoglycemia in Non-Diabetic?

Hi everyone, I’m new here. I joined because I wanted some help/feedback/thoughts on some issues I have been having for the past year with hypoglycemia and reactive hypoglycemia. I have Hashimoto’s disease, and my thyroid is off, so I’m not sure if it’s related to that or if it’s something separate.
