“Manage your diabetes to live. Don’t live to manage your diabetes.”
Mine starts with an “F” and ends with It. F’ It! It’s just a number!
@Duck_Fiabetes I could stir a few “F’s” in my coffee this morning. Ugh!
Just so long as it is not “Fifteen” or “Five Hundred”…

~…there comes a time in everyone’s life when they must spit on their hands raise the black flag, and begin slitting throats…~:smirk:
~…When going through hell, keep going…~

“…All life is a straight punch…”
Thomas J. Lyons
I just got one last thing, I urge all of you, all of you, to enjoy your life, the precious moments you have. To spend each day with some laughter and some thought, to get your emotions going. To be enthusiastic every day and as Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Nothing great could be accomplished without enthusiasm,” to keep your dreams alive in spite of problems whatever you have. The ability to be able to work hard for your dreams to come true, to become a reality.
- Jimmy V.
I like the Sinatra quote. " I will do it my way"

Don’t give up! Don’t ever give up!!! - Jim Valvano
Andrea Bocelli lost his eyesight at the age of 12. “For you I’ll fly through skies and seas to your love”

“I am not bound to win, I am bound to be true. I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live up to the light I have”
If you decide that you can do this, you can. You get to decide if you dread this or not. Decide that you don’t. You get to decide if it’s too hard or not. Decide that it isn’t. Find what makes you determined to do this for the long term. I tell myself I don’t have to be excited, or motivated - I just have to be committed and determined. I have to tell myself I’m worth it. I have to remind myself why I’m doing it. There are no excuses good enough for me to allow myself to go completely off the rails.
