I added a crystal as well, which is really pretty, but if you order one, be aware that it does tinkle a bit with movement. Sometimes I feel like I have a cat-bell around my neck :) I don't mind it but I could see that others might.

I wear mine every day but not when I sleep. I have the same one as yours Emily! I have a stretchy band stainless steel which is easy to put on and take off and so comfy as well as a necklace but I never wear the necklace anymore. I would like to get an id sticker for my pump too- I have one for my dex which came with the tally gear silicone case. The medic alert cs told me that that emergency care givers will check for medical id's on your wrist/neck.
