So I saw something funny at a Red Robin Resturaunt. They have this thing like “emploees care” or somethin’ on the back of their display fold outs. And it has this little story about a guy callin’ off sick from work and his boss sending someone over to his place to check on him because she knew he was a diabetic. Come to find out that the guy was passed out on the floor and his good ol red robin co-worker saved his life. Now I’m all for saving lives but the thing that got me was that they make having diabetes sound like you could die and any second just because you have it. Like everyone walking around with diabetes is a ticking time bomb. Just seemed kinda of srange to me, even though i know they couldn’t fit his whole story on a card that is advertising hamburgers with pineapple. lol! I’m tellin my brother that’s bullcrap. What were is blood sugars, were there like plates of brownies and granulated bags of sugar around him lol! I know I know my humore is twisted but just sayin…
