INGREDIENTS
2 salmon filets
1 teaspoon himalayan sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place salmon filets, skin side down in a square pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place dish in the oven uncovered and bake for 25 minutes. The salmon is cooked through when the fat is oozing out (yum!) and it flakes when pierced with a fork.
