INGREDIENTS
2 salmon filets
1 teaspoon himalayan sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place salmon filets, skin side down in a square pyrex dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Place dish in the oven uncovered and bake for 25 minutes. The salmon is cooked through when the fat is oozing out (yum!) and it flakes when pierced with a fork.
