Exercise

I decided to get a bit fitter. I have joined a line dancing class. It's great fun and very friendly. If you join something that you enjoy, then I think it more likely that you will stick to it. It's hard going for the first lesson, but after that it's great!

Great job Rosy! That was exactly my experience, I had blobbed out over the years (too much insulin perhaps, rollercoastered my way to 275 lbs...) and decided to try Tae Kwon Do. It was very intimidating but I had excellent teachers who never gave up so I couldn't give up either. I have felt much better since getting more active, jeez, in like 2005. I'm sort of addicted to it. If I miss a couple of days (I mostly run these days, no more TKD as we moved...:-(), Mrs and junior are like "you need to go work out, you are cranky!"
